Andiamo Hamilton (Italian) - 2011年10月9日

原本今日想出街買piping icing 整蛋糕兼順便去睇相機,
奈何天公不造美落足一日大雨,
唯有乖乖禁足留喺屋企,清清未寫既blog 啦!

依餐其實係上星期日食既......



上星期日(10月9日)係最甩碌果1日!

空住肚去East Kilbride 捐sample 比小Ryan 後(
網誌),

餓到扒喺度咁滯......因為捐sample 前1小時內唔可以食過野!

由於唔熟East Kilbride 果頭 + 唔知有咩好食,

加上又要去Hamilton 買返盞新天花燈,

所以直接去Hamilton 先搵野食......


雖然好肚餓乜都想食,但是日我特別想食意大利野!

記得之前喺Hamilton 食過一間好好味既意大利餐廳,

不過唔記得咗正確位置!

搵緊間餐廳既過程中誤打誤撞......


經過見到依間Andiamo~
反正都係意大利餐廳,即管入去試吓啦!



老公既頭盆係是日special - Broccoli and Chilli Soup

一個好特別既湯! 因為通常都係Broccoli and Stilton Soup 架嘛!

雖然叫做西蘭花辣椒湯,亦見到有點點紅喺湯裡面,

不過飲落幾乎完全食唔出有辣椒味道~

老公: 估唔到西蘭花 + 辣椒磨爛哂會咁好味喎!

我: 緊係唔只得西蘭花 + 辣椒啦,我肯定仲有雞湯!!

以洋人蔬菜湯來講,依個真係好好味!



我既頭盆 - Salmone Affumicato Andiamo

Andiamo 招牌煙三文魚沙律!

有煙三文魚、烤露筍、mozzarella 芝士、火箭菜 + lamb's lettuce,

之前完全無唸過煙三文魚、烤露筍 + mozzarella 芝士依個組合會咁夾!

依味我一定要試吓老翻!! (應該超容易~ )


老公主菜 - Risotto con Scampi

大蝦、洋蔥、蒜頭、車厘茄、白酒 + 忌廉,

Risotto 煮得剛好al dente 又入味,煮法絕對正宗!

難得老公去意大利餐廳唔點pizza,我喺老公個碟"不"咗好多啖偷食!!

唯獨portion 比較大份,加上有忌廉......食哂成碟好heavy 都幾係野!!!!



我既主菜 - Spaghetti Andiamo~

又係招牌菜之一既海鮮意粉!

有大蝦、魷魚圈、藍青口、帶子 + 車厘茄,

我覺意佢個粉有汁夠味得來夠乾身~
海鮮又新鮮鮮甜,好味!  不過同樣都係...好大份!!


我地點菜時餓得滯,加上唔知道主菜份量原來咁大份......

所以另外Focaccia Andiamo - 只有rosemary + 蒜蓉既pizza......


食咗餐包、頭盆 + 主菜,再塞埋大個pizza 落肚......

我同老公飽到個胃腩凸哂出來! 

侍應收碟時問我地要唔要甜品,真係飽到聽到佢問都想嘔......

拿拿淋埋單走人去買燈!!


不得不提佢地用來沾麵包既extra virgin olive oil + balsamic vinegar~

究竟係我地特別肚餓?

還是佢地既橄欖油特別香濃 + 陳醋特別香甜呢??

下次要再去試真d先得!

  5. 個Risotto真係睇到我流晒口水...之前0係餐廳食過一個係用龍蝦汁整0架, 嘗試老翻但唔成功..risotto對我0黎講係一樣好難整0既0野呀 ><

    不過再加多個餅真係好似會好撐胃咁呀~
