南瓜粟米排骨湯


1. 排骨洗淨飛水; 粟米去皮去鬚,洗淨斬件備用。

2 南瓜去皮,去籽去瓜囊,切件備用。
3. 南杏北杏適量、蜜棗和無花果數粒洗淨瀝乾。

4. 水大滾後先放入排骨,再放入其他材料再煲至水大滾,轉慢火再煲3小時,用鹽調味即成。

_342.gif image by veronica_tsim南瓜含豐富葡萄糖、蔗糖、多種維他命B、維他命C、脂肪、胡蘿蔔素等物質。根據藥理,南瓜可抗人體肋骨神經痙攣抽痛,並有消炎作用,服食南瓜能使患乾性肋膜炎的人緩解和恢復正常,有驅蛔蟲作用,使蛔蟲神經麻痹而驅蛔蟲出人體外。它營養充足,對慢性病也有食療效用。(資料摘自: 趙生健康網)

  3. 我會試吓妳果個南瓜湯,因為粟米我都好鍾意吃 ,其實我哋都試過南瓜蒸排骨,但都蒸得唔好食

  4. 雖然我唔好南瓜,不過南瓜湯我鐘意 (唔食瓜),我試過煲齋湯,唔落肉,南瓜+粟米+紅蘿蔔+冬菇+紅棗+腰果,都好好味

    we didnt do anything either~ just had a quiet weekend, did some shopping......as usual!
     
    i really wanted to make moon cakes!!! however i dont have the moulds~ will try to get one for next year!

  7. 南瓜真係是我Katrina至愛 , 不論是中西式湯, 仲有成日叫姐姐整南瓜飯給她食 , 但天氣太潮濕時就唔好食南瓜咁多, 南瓜是比較濕的 .
