二人世界雞皇飯 - 2009年5月5日(附食譜)



白汁雞皇飯

早幾日喺超市買咗盒叮叮chicken supreme & rice,覺得幾好食,正唸緊 - 不如我又自己試吓煮咯~ 轉個頭有位網友又問我識唔識整! (又會咁鬼啱既~~~ )

尋晚即時實行! 尋日落足成日雨咁滯,所以老公話佢放工幫我買餸返屋企~ 第一次整白汁雞皇,未知會唔會失敗......所以叫老公順便買多2罐金寶忌廉蘑菇湯,以防萬一自煮白汁失敗嘛!


 好彩出來效果好成功! 唔洗動用果2罐金寶湯~~~

本來煮咗一大煲,唸住實有剩留返今日做lunch......點知老公好鍾意食到一滴汁都冇得剩!

  4. I think i will definitely like it! if not your husband won't be asking you to make it again the next day la. By the way, if i don't have flour at home at i use cornflour instead? Because i don't usually use flour at home.
    [版主回覆05/07/2009 17:02:00]i dont know but i would suggest you to get a small pack of flour! cos the textures of flour and corn starch are totally not the same!
